0-level (Cantrip) Illusion
Choose a creature with a mouth you can see within range. It must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 psychic damage and have its mouth become sewn closed by illusory stitches until the start of your next turn. If the target willingly speaks or uses its mouth before then, it immediately takes a further 1d6 psychic damage, and the spell ends.
At 5th-level, both the initial damage and the damage the target takes for speaking increase to 2d6. These damage rolls increase by 1d6 again at 11th-level (3d6) and 17th-level (4d6).
