You create a wall of swirling gray energy, formed of the psychic pain of loss. The wall appears within range on a solid surface and lasts for the duration. You choose to make the wall up to 60 feet long, 10 feet high, and 5 feet thick or a ringed wall that has a 20-foot diameter and is up to 20 feet high and 5 feet thick. The wall blocks line of sight.
The wall sheds Dim Light out to a range of 100 feet. When you cast the spell, you and creatures you designate can pass through and remain near the wall without harm. If a creature moves within 20 feet of it or starts its turn there, the creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or have the Incapacitated condition for one round.
A creature can move through the wall, though the attempt is emotionally draining. The first time a creature enters the wall on a turn or ends its turn there, it must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or gain 1 level of exhaustion.
