Maneuvers
Full Charge - Before moving on your turn, spend a Bonus Action and reduce your movement to 0 to charge the capacitors to full to empower your next attack. This increases the effective range by 225 feet (5 hexes) and the long range by 450 feet (10 hexes) and adds +10 additional Piercing damage, and increases the range of a critical hit by 1 (i.e. 19-20 instead of only 20). If your next attack is successful, it will deal 5d10 + 10 damage to the first target and half damage to up to six additional targets in the line of fire. This will deal the normal damage to any internal parts of a targeted vehicle.
Special Maneuvers
Called Shot - Designate a specific body part to hit as an attack and deal specific conditions to the target. Once you have successfully made an attack using this maneuver, you may use it again after finishing a short or long rest.
Torso: The target is dazed until the start of your next turn
Arms: You impose disadvantage on all attacks made by the target until the start of your next turn
Legs: You hamstring an opponent and reduce their movement by half until the start of your next turn
Special Properties

Anti-Armor - Deals unmitigated damage to vehicle internals, vehicle paneling, and constructs.
Heavy
Integrated Spectral Sensor Scope - Allows the user to see hot targets through walls up to 5 feet thick, negating any Cover bonus to Evasion.
Mag-Driver - This weapon can pierce multiple targets, striking up to four additional targets in the line of fire upon making a successful Attack. Secondary targets take half damage.
Maiming - The Charged Shot maneuver has the potential to Maim the first target when rolling a critical success on the attack roll.
Paneling Bypass - Each attack goes through unarmored or unshielded paneling and directly hits internal parts and occupants for half damage.
Wallbanger - Can pierce solid structure to deal half damage to a single target on the other side. Will go through up to 5 feet of structure. Striking a target through solid structure does not allow the Maiming conditions to be met.
Loading: Requires an Action to reload.
Jamming: On a critical failure, roll a 1D10, if it lands on a 2 or less, the weapon is jammed and requires a bonus action (D&D5E) or an action point (PF2E) to clear the jam
Handling: 2-handed
The Mag-Driver Sniper is a highly specialized perforator that, like the MD (Mag-Driver) Rifle, uses Lorentz forces to electromagnetically accelerate a ferromagnetic projectile. It is functionally an anti-materiel rifle in purpose, but has several properties which make it that much more potent in terms of disabling enemy vehicles. When used against personnel, it has a propensity to rip body parts clean off.
