Special Maneuvers
Deploy Anti-Personnel Mine - As an Action, extract the weapon's magazine when full, and place it in a location you can reach. Upon detonation, all 10 shells detonate. You can determine the trigger method, choosing from contact, tripwire, or timed detonations. A contact detonation requires a target to step into the same space the mine was placed. A tripwire detonation requires that a target enter and move through any spaces containing the triggering tripwire. A timed detonation will simply trigger at a specified time. A contact detonation deals 16d6 AP III Piercing damage to the target that triggered the detonation. All other detonation types deal 10d6 AP I Piercing damage in a 45 by 5 foot line. Each of these detonations requires a Dexterity save against the shotgun's save DC. On a failed save, a target takes the rolled damage. On a successful save, a target only takes half damage. After detonating, the weapon's magazine can be retrieved.
Double Tap - Make two attack rolls against a single target within 20 feet without your Proficiency Bonus, dealing 8d6 damage for each successful attack. This counts as one Attack. Once you have used this maneuver, you may use it again after finishing a short or long rest.

CQC - No disadvantage in melee range on attack rolls.
Heavy Rounds - Does double the rolled damage to Poise.

A limited production prototype shotgun, the Foehammer, was developed and designed by one Tiefling firearms engineer by the name of John Rancor. It's a rare and futuristic piece with a feature set not seen in any other shotguns. The firing mechanism is based on the Wingrave 'Webber' revolver cylinder, but utilizes a blowback operated cycling mechanism, allowing the weapon to fire in a fully automatic fire mode. It is also bullpup, meaning the receiver is behind the trigger mechanism. This particular shotgun utilizes a flechette cartridge instead of traditional shotshell. This eccentric choice of cartridge does grant it greater mission flexibility and range when compared to its more popular counterpart, the Vittori Ballistics ASG-12. Its magazines can be deployed as anti-personnel mines and have a timer set up to 12 hours before firing all shotgun shells inside the magazine. Rancor's schematics can be located on the Eadwellian isles near 'The Tower' settlement.
