Traits

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: 1d20+6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 1d4+4 piercing damage.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: 1d20+6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 1d8+4 piercing damage.
Chill Touch (Cantrip). Ranged Spell Attack: 1d20+6 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 9 2d8 necrotic damage, and the target can’t regain hit points until the start of the civilian’s next turn. If the target is undead, it has disadvantage on attack rolls against the civilian until the end of the civilian’s next turn.
