This charm resembles a jagged tooth formed from magically frozen water and condensed steam. It is not taken from a true leviathan, but shaped in its image as a reward for a warlock who sealed a planar rift and halted the flow of water elementals into the Material Plane.
Eye of the Storm (3/Day)
As an action, you speak the true name of the leviathan that forged this fang, creating a calm, spherical barrier with a 10-foot radius centered on you for 2 hours.The barrier suppresses natural rain, hail, and similar storm effects within its area. Creatures of your choice inside the barrier automatically succeed on saving throws caused by such natural storm conditions.
The barrier does not block creatures, objects, spells, or attacks.
Whirlpool of the Ocean Serpent (1/Day)
As an action, you rally the moisture in the air and your surroundings to your side, drawing it across the ground into a roaring torrent that forms a whirlpool.After pulling everything inward, the waters violently collapse at the center.
Strength saving throw: Each creature in a 15ft radius at point you can see within 60 feet, DC 14 Failure: The creature is pulled up to 10 feet toward the center, knocked prone, and takes 4d6 cold damage. Success: The creature takes half damage and suffers no additional effects.
