Quick Sleeper
You mastered the art of falling asleep in seconds everywhere and at any time. You gain the following benefits:
Ability Score Improvement. Your Constitution score is increased by 1.
Power Napper. When you start a short rest, you can decide to fall asleep and become unconscious. When you do so and are not interrupted, you gain temporary hit points equal to your level at the end of that short rest.
Undisturbed. You don’t need to restart a short or long rest when you are only interrupted once and can finish it by resting for the remaining unspent duration.
Well-Rested. You suffer no penalties from resting Medium or Heavy armor.
