Assassinate. The novice assasin has advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn't taken a turn in the combat yet. In addition, any hit the novice assasin scores against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit. Sneak Attack (1/Turn). The novice assasin deals an extra 3d6 damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the novice assasin that isn’t incapacitated and the novice assasin doesn’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6+3 piercing damage. Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d4+3 piercing damage. Light Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8+3 piercing damage.
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that novice assasin can see hits them with an attack, the novice assasin can use their reaction to halve the attack's damage against themselfs.
