Prerequisite: Charisma 13

You may use your criminal knowledge and contacts to locate a black market or extort some information from an NPC, this ability may result in the NPC reporting you to the police. Remember that even fellow criminals may turn on you, there is no honour among thieves

Make a charisma (intimidation) check against a DC at the DM's discretion depending on the value of the action. The DM will then roll a 20 and refer to this table regardless of whether your attempt succeeds or fails. You may make a DC20 insight check to find out the result of this roll

1-5The individual you spoke to was a rat, Cops or security will be en-route to your location shortly better get out of there quickly
6-10your threats were too noticeable and a reputation is building. If you use this ability again within the next week there will be a -5 (min of 1) to the roll
11-15Remember that a threat doesn't always have to be shouted, you raised a few eyebrows. If you use this ability again today there will be a -2 (min of 1) to the roll
16-20Either no one heard you or they know better than to butt into other peoples business. You got away with it this time.
