You create a swirling rift in space at a point you can see within range.
The rift occupies a 10-foot-radius area and remains for the duration.
As a bonus action, you may choose yourself or one willing creature within 10 feet of the rift. The chosen creature teleports to an unoccupied space it can see within 60 feet of the rift.
Each creature can teleport using Hexgate only once per turn.
If an unwilling creature enters the rift’s space for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Charisma saving throw.
On a failed save, the creature is shunted up to 30 feet in a random direction to an unoccupied space. If there is no safe unoccupied space, the creature takes 3d6 force damage and is moved to the nearest unoccupied space.
On a successful save, the creature is not shunted and is immune to this Hexgate until the start of its next turn.
