Plague
0-level (Cantrip) Necromancy
One creature you can see within range must make a Constitution saving throw against disease or become infected with a virulent plague, quickly becoming covered in oozing pustules. If infected, they take 1d4 necrotic damage at the start of each of their turns for the duration of the spell. If an infected creature starts its turn within 5 feet of another creature, that creature must also make a save against this spell. Infected creatures can repeat the saving throw at the end of each turn, ending the effect on a success.
