You invite spirits to take their revenge upon a target. A creature you can see within range must make a Charisma saving throw. The target must have a Charisma of 3 or higher. A target takes 8d8 psychic damage on a failed save and is frightened of you until the spell ends. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage only.
