Serpent Tongue
3-level Transmutation
You transform your tongue into a poisonous serpent for the duration. As a Bonus Action, you can make a melee spell attack against a creature within 10 feet of you. On a hit, the target takes 1d12 Piercing damage and must make a Constitution saving throw or have the poisoned condition. The target can attempt another save at the end of each of its turns ending the condition on a success.
The damage increases by 1d12 for every spell slot level above 3.
