3-level Evocation
With a boom that can be heard 300 feet away (or 1,000 feet in a liquid), a pulse of thunder ripples out from a point you choose within range. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 7d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This damage increases to 9d6 if the affected creature is submerged in a liquid.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
