Special Maneuvers
Activate Gravitic Tether - Activate a chosen Gravitic Tether puck once it has been deployed at any time of your choosing, either as a Free Action or as a Reaction. Upon activation, a Primed target is pulled in a straight line to wherever the puck is, striking obstacles and taking Falling damage for every 10 feet they were pulled towards the Tether. Otherwise, they travel the full distance and take Falling damage for every 10 feet they were pulled once they reach the Tether. This expends the charges of both the Gravitic Tether and the darts attached to the Primed target or targets if more than one is Primed. Any targets that fell are considered restrained and prone until the end of your next turn.
Aerial Launch - Launch the Gravitic Tether into the air and activate it at a chosen height while there is a Primed Target. The maximum height is 180 feet. Upon landing, the Primed target takes Falling damage for every 10 feet it fell from the height it reached.
Fire Gravitic Tether - Launch a Gravitic Tether puck at a chosen target as an Attack Roll or at a chosen location without needing an Attack Roll as part of an Attack. On a successful Attack Roll against a target, the puck deals 1d6 Bludgeoning damage. The puck can be launched up to 180 feet away, but the darts only respond once a Primed target is within the 180 foot radius of the puck itself.
Move Objects - Following the same methods of launching targets, objects can also be moved by the GTR. The maximum weight that the GTR can launch is roughly 25,000 lbs, requiring a total of 8 Dart bursts or 40 darts and a single Gravitic Tether to move the object. Objects will take Falling damage if moved with this method.
Special Properties
Armor Piercing II
Cooperative Gravitic Tether - Any puck within range can be activated and all Primed targets inside its radius are pulled towards it.
Passively Recharging Ammunition - On finishing a Long rest, this weapon regains all of its dart charges.
Primed Target - A target is considered Primed after the required number of successful attacks have been made against it with the darts. If the target's size class is Small, it takes only one successful attack with the darts to launch the target towards the Tether. If the target's size class is Medium, it takes two successful attacks. If the target's size is Large, it takes four successful attacks. Lastly, the largest size that it can move, Huge, requires eight successful attacks before it can be launched. If more than two times the required number of attacks have been successfully made against a target, that target takes twice the normal Falling damage once launched. If two Primed targets collide with one another while falling, they also take twice the normal Falling damage. A small vehicle is considered Large and a medium vehicle is considered Huge in this context.
Retrievable Ammunition - All ammunition expended during combat can be retrieved after combat.
Loading: Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping the magazine to pick up later), requires a full action to reload
Jamming: This weapon does not jam.
Handling: 2-Handed
The x-M-2-GTR or GTR for short is a highly experimental weapon that fires semi-homing Gravitic Darts which can be pulled towards a Gravitic Tether when activated by said Gravitic Tether. The Gravitic Tether is kind of like a hockey puck in shape with proprietary adhesives designed by Tolfdir's chemlabs and receives a 'charge' from the x-M-2-GTR's gravitic core. This tool, repurposed as a weapon, was first developed as a means of lifting masses that would otherwise have been impossible to for a single individual to do so. It functions through utilizing newly-discovered exotic materials that were found Post-Cataclysm, where anomalous gravity spheres were found in the MEZs. It is not known exactly how they initially formed but they have become very widespread throughout Dwarven tech as they were able to replicate the end product through meticulous analysis and create Gravitic Cores. Gravitic Cores are designed in such a way that they can be activated via electrical input. It was quickly discovered after its inception that it could be used to crush objects together, as much as pull them apart.
