Blessed Steel While wearing this armor, you gain advantage on saving throws against being Frightened by undead creatures of CR 1 or lower. Oathbound Symbol The armor bears the crest of a holy order or faith. As a bonus action, you may cause the emblem to emit dim light in a 10-foot radius for 1 hour. You can dismiss this effect at any time.
Forged for newly sworn knights and holy warriors, Initiate’s Plate is lighter and less restrictive than traditional full plate while still carrying the imposing appearance of a true paladin of Azeroth.
Initiate’s Plate is often less ornate than the armor worn by veteran paladins, consisting of polished steel pauldrons, reinforced chain beneath layered plates, and a tabard displaying the wearer’s order or kingdom. Despite being considered “training” armor by seasoned crusaders, common soldiers still view it with awe and respect.
