Grants sneak attack when the wielder is fully obscured or out of the target's line of sight.

Silent but deadly: shooting this weapon makes no perceptible sound or flash. Therefore firing does not automatically draw the attention of others within the vicinity. If the shot hits, the target notices and initiative is triggered. But if the shot misses, roll a stealth check against target's passive perception to see if they notice the bullet hitting something nearby. If anyone else can see or hear the target when they are hit, they will also be aware that there is a shooter and it will trigger initiative.

Made entirely of matte black metal and ebony wood, this rifle is designed to fade into the shadows and not draw attention. A silencer is affixed the the end of the barrel.
