Animal Handling +2, Performance +8, Stealth +5
Spellcasting. Mina casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks):
Friends, Minor Illusion
Calm Emotions, Heat Metal, Warding Wind
Enhance Ability
Animal Friendship, Sleep
Halfling Nimbleness. Mina can move through the space of any creature that is a size larger than her, but can’t stop in the same space.
Naturally Stealthy. Mina can take the Hide action even when she is obscured only by a creature that is at least one size larger than her.
Luck. When Mina rolls a 1 on the d20 of a D20 Test, she can reroll the die, and must use the new roll.
Inspiration (4/day). Mina can supernaturally inspire others through words, music, or dance. This inspiration is represented by her Bardic Inspiration die, which is a d6. Mina can confer a Bardic Inspiration die a number of times equal to her Charisma modifier (4 times), and she regains all expended uses when she finishes a Long Rest.
Jack of All Trades. Being on the ship with Captain Oshiro has taught Mina to adapt on the fly to his bizarre whims, granting her partial practice in most everything. Mina adds half her proficiency bonus (rounded down) to any ability check she makes that doesn't already use her proficiency bonus.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Attack Roll: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft or reach 20/60 ft. Hit: 1d4 + 1 Piercing damage.
Healing Word (3/day). Mina casts Healing Word, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.
Bardic Inspiration. As a Bonus Action, Mina can inspire another creature within 60 feet of herself who can see or hear her. That creature gains one of her Bardic Inspiration dice. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time. Once within the next hour when the creature fails a D20 Test, the creature can roll the Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to the d20, potentially turning the failure into a success. A Bardic Inspiration die is expended when it's rolled.
Cutting Words. Mina has learned to use her wit to supernaturally distract, confuse, and otherwise sap the confidence and competence of others. When a creature that she can see within 60 feet of herself makes a damage roll or succeeds on an ability check or attack roll, she can take a Reaction to expend one use of her Bardic Inspiration; she rolls her Bardic Inspiration die, and subtracts the number rolled from the creature's roll, reducing the damage or potentially turning the success into a failure.
