Innate Spellcasting. The spider daedra's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no spell slots:
Daedra's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the spider daedra's darkvision. Spider Climb. The spider daedra can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check. Web Sense. While in contact with a web, the spider deadra knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web. Web Walker. The spider daedra ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft, one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6+2) slashing damage. Poison Web. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/60 ft, one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) poison damage. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw DC 14 or be caught in webbing. On a failed save, the creature is restrained as long as it remains in the webs or until it breaks free. A creature restrained by the webs can use its action to make a Strength check (DC 14). If it succeeds, it is no longer restrained.
