This rapier deals an additional 1d6 necrotic damage.

While holding Sanguintas, you may spend a bonus action and one of your hit dice to add additional damage to your next attacks damage roll. The added damage is equal to a roll of your spent hit dice. You may only benefit from one of this effect at a time, and the added damage is removed from your next attack after you finish a short or long rest.

Enchantment Weapon Skill

Sacrifice. When you make an attack with this weapon, you may spend up to 20 hitpoints and a weapon skill use to improve your chance to hit. You may use this before or after making your attack roll, but before knowing if you will hit. For every 5 hitpoints spent, you add +1 to your next attack roll (not damage).
