0-level (Cantrip) Enchantment
You use the weapon used in the spell’s casting to distract and disorient. Make a ranged attack with it against a creature you can see. On a hit, the target suffers the weapon attack’s normal effects, and the first attack roll before the end of its next turn is reduced by 1d4.
At 5th-level, the attack deals an additional 1d8 psychic damage to the target on a hit. The damage increases by 1d8 at 11th-level (2d8) and 17th-level (3d8).
