A magician makes a snapping motion at a creature it can see within range, instantaneously surrounding the creature in thrashing, biting spectral shark jaws.   Making a ranged spell attack, on a hit the magician deals d4 magical piercing damage and d4 magical slashing damage. If the target is submersed more than 50% of water, damage is increased from d4 to d6.   The spells damage increases by d4 when the magician reaches 5th level (2d4/6 magical piercing and 2d4/6 magical slashing), 11th level (3d4/6 magical piercing and 3d4/6 magical slashing) and 17th level (4d4/6 magical piercing and 4d4/6 magical slashing).
