The possibility to use variables on discussion boards, which are used to play in the created world, would give the authors a valuable tool to enhance their postings with background information.
Follow up
After some trial and error, I got it working. Just click on the icon to the right from the variable tag to copy it to the clipboard and then paste it in the posting on the discussion boards. Thanks for your votes.
The Team's Response
Thanks for your suggestion! Variables work in the main text area of a post, but they don't seem to work in some other areas of discussion boards. This didn't get enough attention for us to update them now, but when we update them next, we'll take a look into this.
