  I love a useful and detailed drop-down menu! It gives me guidance when I'm suffering from choice paralysis or don't know much about the topic I'm writing about!   BUT having easy access to a 'custom entry' option would be wonderful for when creators have a specific idea in mind but it's either completely new or not already part of the drop-down options. I know it's *possible* to do now but it doesn't seem quick or easy.

  For me personally, having a dropdown list with a couple of options to choose from is useful, because I just don't know words, but I can see how it would be good for some people to be able to create their own type of government, etc. system. Perhaps there should be an option to use either a dropdown list or to create one's own system.

  To those that can't or won't read before downvoting (happens on too many suggestions): this says the dropdown list should be an input text field for those three. The title is worded poorly but the text says it all   Personally I highly agree with the suggestion, although I do see why it's been implemented as such (to give examples and help worldbuilders)

  Good idea, but you need better implementation. If you tell the World Anvil Anvil team "we need more economic systems" they won't respond favorably but if you say "We need to add 'Anarcho Capitalism' to the economic systems" (or any other specific economic system you spell out explicitly), then they will add it if there are enough votes or even if there aren't enough votes if it's a very simple change.
