This small golden bell is infused with an energy that grants its wearer many skills. If you have the bell invested, you can choose to become trained in a skill of your choice during your daily preparations until your next daily preparations. You cannot use this proficiency as a prerequisite for any abilities, like feats.   Activate envision; Frequency once per day; Effect The bell chimes, granting extra magic to you. You can roll the next check using the bell's skill twice and take the better result.
