While attuned, you treat corresponding extreme temperatures as one step lower.   Activate command; Trigger you take energy damage matching the element the cloak is attuned to Frequency once per day; Effect You speak a command word, causing the scarf's energy to flare up for a brief moment. You gain resistance against the triggering energy damage.
