  When a creature within 10 ft. is reduced to 0 HP, the Mawed Limbspawn uses its reaction to let out a terrible screech. One creature of its choice within 10 ft. must make a DC 12 Wisdom save or be frightened until the end of its next turn.  

Hardened Regeneration

  Regains 5 hit points at the start of its turn unless it took acid, fire, or radiant damage.
