Special Abilities Grab (reaction) If the giant carp succeeds in hitting with its bite attack, it may attempt to grapple the creature using its mouth, without provoking an attack of opportunity. This attempt neither applies nor counts towards the giant carp's multiple attack penalty. The giant carp can choose to automatically extend the grabbed condition to the end of its next turn.

Swallow Whole (one action) Upon grabbing with its bite attack, the giant carp attempts to swallow a creature of Small size or smaller. If a swallowed creature is Small size and no smaller, the giant carp can't use Swallow Whole again. If the swallowed creature is smaller than Small size, the giant carp can swallow more creatures; how many is GM's discretion.
The giant carp attempts an Athletics check opposed by the target's Reflex DC: If successful, the giant carp swallows the creature. The giant carp's jaws no longer clutch a creature it has swallowed, so it is free to use them to bite and/or grab once again. The giant carp cannot attack creatures it has swallowed.
A swallowed creature is grabbed, is slowed 1, and has to hold its breath or start suffocating. The swallowed creature takes 1d8+6 bludgeoning damage and 1d6+5 acid damage when first swallowed, and at the end of each of its turns while swallowed. If the victim Escapes this ability's grabbed condition, it exists through the giant carp's mouth. This frees any other creature captured in the giant carp's mouth.
A swallowed creature can attack the giant carp that swallowed it, but only with unarmed attacks, or with weapons of light Bulk or less. The swallowing creature is off-guard against the attack. If the giant carp takes piercing or slashing damage equaling or exceeding the Rupture value (15) from a single attack or spell, the swallowed creature cuts itself free.
A creature that gets free by either Escaping or cutting itself free can immediately breathe and exists the giant carp's space.
If the giant carp dies, a swallowed creature can be freed by creatures adjacent to the corpse if they spend a combined total of 3 actions cutting the giant carp open with a weapon or unarmed attack that deals piercing or slashing damage.
