As an action, you may activate the bomb and throw it up to 30 feet away. This bomb explodes upon impact, coating the area in a 10-foot radius with a sticky substance. The area becomes difficult terrain. Each creature in the area when the bomb explodes must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or become restrained. Additionally, each creature who enters the area or starts their turn there must succeed on the same saving throw or become restrained. A creature restrained in this way may use its action to make a DC 15 Strength check, ending the restrained condition on itself on a success.
