 As a action the user raises their great sword in the air they can decide to do 2d8 hydro damage with a wave that has 40ft range and 10ft in width or can end their turn continue charging while charging all they can do is move and a bonus action and every turn they spend in this state the number of damage dice doubles and the range and width increase by 10ft

 As a action the attacks their foe with a hydro enhanced punch when hit by this the foe gets knocked back 20ft and has to do a con saving throw on fail they will be prone on success they do not

 Burst attack as a action the user summons a hydro dragon like being that will shoot a hydro beam that has 100ft range and is 40ft wide
Bubble trap/pop +2 STR 7d6+2
 Burst attack as a bonus action the user traps a target within a 60ft radius in a bubble if the bubble is popped in any way the target takes 7d6 hydro damage the only ways the target can escape the bubble are if it freezes or the user falls unconscious
