Description | The cold touch of Uisce doesn't always just attack the body. It can assault the mind just as willingly. Spell-Weave DCs: 22, Tier II: 27, Tier III: 32 Weaving the flows of Uisce more subtly than before, you actually target an individual, lowering their core body temperature drastically. They need to make both a Fortitude and Will Save. If they fail the Fortitude Save, they are afflicted with the Slow (1) Condition and take 4d6 cold damage. If they critically fail this becomes Slow (2). If they succeed, they suffer no conditions and take half cold damage, and if they critically succeed they shrug off this part of the spell's effect entirely, no longer be afflicted by it. If they fail the Will Save, they are afflicted with the Confused (1) Condition and take 4d6 Psychic damage. If they critically fail, this becomes Confused (2). If they succeed they take half damage on the psychic damage and suffer no conditions. If they critically succeed they shrug off this part of the spell's effect entirely, no longer being afflicted by it. They suffer all appropriate damage for their saving throws every round at the start of their turn that the spell is upon them. They may attempt the Saves every round at the end of their turns to shake off the effects, though they can also make the effects worse. If they succeed both saving throws in the same round, they also escape the effect of the spell-form at the end of that round, needing to roll no more saves. They take initial damage regardless of if they make both tests on the initial cast. Tier -1: Fail to cast, roll Minor Miscast Tier 0: Fail to cast Tier II: May target a second creature Tier III: May target a third creature. |
