Description | The simplest of spell-forms of the Sapphire Order, yet one with a great deal of historical significance and a great deal to do, very likely, with the difference in reputation they share when compared to most of their brethren of the other Orders with most common folk. A very useful little spell, especially for fire-fighting. Spell-Weave DCs: 8, Tier II: 13, Tier III: 18 Weaving the flows of Uisce, you help draw them even faster than normal towards a natural point in their flows; to oppose a flame. Bringing the Sapphire Currents forth from the Aether as a sudden burst of actual water that douses the effected area, drenching a large area all around the target, and immediately putting out the target fire. Furthermore any attempt to utilize Ruby Magick in the area is quite difficult, dealing 1d6 cold damage to any who attempt to weave any sort of Ruby Magick within the area. If a fire elemental were to be in the target area, it would automatically take 1d6 cold damage as well. Tier -1: Fail to cast, roll Minor Miscast Tier 0: Fail to cast. Tier II: Can target a fire of Medium or smaller size, damage increases by 1d6 where applicable. Tier III: Can target a fire of Large or smaller size, damage increases by 1d6 where applicable. |
